Closing your account and deleting your data

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to delete your account and all associated data from the alphabeats app. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a complete deletion.

To delete your account and your data completely, please follow these steps:

1. Open the alphabeats app.

2. Click on the Settings tab.

3. Scroll all the way down and locate the "Delete all my data" button.

4. If you're absolutely sure, click on "Delete account."

5. Your account data will be deleted, and you will be logged out from the app.

If you are unable to access the app, please contact our support team. They will request a form of identification to ensure you own the account and will assist you with the deletion process.
